Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-23

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reeva's encrypted email, calendar and file cloud services. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Reeva provides hosted, standards-based email, calendar and file storage. Available features depend on the plan you choose; see the pricing page for details.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials, for any activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your contact email current. You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent local minimum age) to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reeva to:

  • send spam, phishing, malware or other unsolicited or harmful messages;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
  • infringe intellectual-property or other rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, probe or attack the service or its users;
  • store or distribute content that is illegal where you operate or where Reeva operates.

We may enforce per-tenant sending limits, abuse controls and rate limits to keep the service healthy for everyone.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the email, calendar events and files you store on Reeva. You grant Reeva the limited rights necessary to host and deliver that content for you. We will not access your content except to provide the service, comply with the law, or address security or abuse issues.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Yearly plans are charged annually; monthly plans are charged monthly. You can change or cancel your plan from the dashboard. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Significant negative changes will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.

7. Termination

You can stop using Reeva and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are inactive for a long period, or that pose a security or abuse risk. After termination, we delete account data within a reasonable window, except where retention is required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reeva operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Contact
